These Terms of Service govern your use of crestplans.com and any free or paid content offered by Crest Plans ("we," "us," "our") — including checklists, guides, templates, and planning kits. Using this site or downloading our content means you agree to these terms.
2. Free Resources
We offer free downloadable content — checklists, guides, and templates — in exchange for your email address. When you sign up, you agree to:
- Receive the resource you requested via email
- Receive occasional emails from Crest Plans (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Free resources are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them without our written permission.
3. Paid Digital Products
Crest Plans sells digital products — planning kits, workbooks, templates, and guides — through marketplaces like Etsy and Gumroad. When you purchase through those platforms, their terms of service apply alongside ours.
All digital product sales are final. Digital files are delivered immediately and can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds on completed purchases. If you have a technical issue with your download, email us at [email protected] — we'll fix it.
4. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site and in our products — text, layouts, templates, graphics, structure — is owned by Crest Plans and protected by U.S. copyright law. When you purchase or download a Crest Plans product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. That license does not allow you to:
- Resell, share, or distribute the files to others
- Upload them to file-sharing sites or platforms
- Present the content as your own original work
- Use the content as the basis for a competing product

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 — whichever is greater.
